To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend hand washing in cold water and hanging to dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softener, and do not iron directly on any printed or embellished areas. Machine washing on a gentle cycle in a mesh laundry bag is also safe for most items — always check the garment's care label before washing.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or high-demand periods (holidays, sales events). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their destination country.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at contactafluxury@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges — if you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected, typically within 14 business days.
